Rare struck through on the obverse at the bottom edge and rim.

First Day of Issue pedigree with the mint engraver series label. Hand signed by the former U. Whitley was born in Canada and a University of Victoria graduate.

He is a lifelong member of the Federation of Canadian Artists since 1978. This is a gorgeous Error Modified Proof Maple Leaf without any spots or toning.
